What a C By Me party costs
We publish our pricing because it saves everyone a phone call. These are our standard station packages — larger events, schools and businesses are quoted individually.
Stations and parties at your location
We come to you, set up a station with the activity of your choice, run it, and clean up. Materials, staff and setup are included.

What's included
All materials, staff, setup and cleanup. Every project is finished and ready to take home the same day — which is why most of our clients skip goodie bags entirely.
Good to know
- Additional children are $25 each.
- Adding a second station at the same event is discounted — call to discuss.
- Bigger events, schools, businesses and multi-station setups: call us and we'll work it out.
- A travel fee may apply outside our local area. We'll tell you up front, and for most of Broward there isn't one.
- A non-refundable deposit reserves your date; the balance is due two days before.
- We add a 15% gratuity for the team, unless you tell us otherwise.
- Need to move your date inside 15 days? There's a $100 change fee. If you cancel inside 48 hours, the deposit isn't refunded.

How we compare
We're based in Hollywood, which means most of Broward is a local trip with no travel surcharge. Crews driving down from Central Florida commonly add $300–$350 to reach Fort Lauderdale or Miami before the activity is even priced.
We'd rather put that into the materials.
Custom products
What apparel and promotional products cost depends on the item, how many you need and how it's decorated, so we price those one by one. Bulk and group pricing is available for schools, teams, camps and businesses.
