Programs can be designed for art programs, after-school activities, no-school days, summer programs, mini camps, student events, fundraisers, holiday activities, school celebrations, community organizations and youth organizations.
We adapt the activity to the ages, the size of the group, your budget and the event.

Working with us: the administrative details
Written for whoever has to get this approved — the PTA board, the front office, or district procurement.
Vendor status & procurement
- Approved Broward County Public Schools vendor. We are already in the district system, so there is no new-vendor onboarding to complete before you can book us.
- Small business and minority certified (S/M/WBE). If your school or district tracks supplier diversity, our spend counts toward it.
- Purchase orders accepted. We invoice against a district PO on your terms, rather than asking a PTA to front the cost.
- W-9 provided on request, usually the same day you ask.
Insurance & on-campus requirements
- General liability insurance. We provide a certificate of insurance and will name the school, district or PTA as an additional insured where your policy requires it.
- Background-screened staff. Our staff are background screened, including Level 2 screening for work with students. Send us your district's requirements and we will confirm compliance in writing before the event.
- Supervision. Our staff run the activity; school personnel stay responsible for student supervision, as your policy will require.
- Certificates and paperwork go to whoever you nominate — front office, PTA treasurer or procurement.
Materials & safety
- Non-toxic, age-appropriate materials throughout.
- We will supply a materials list in advance so you can check it against allergy plans. Tell us about latex, gluten or other sensitivities in the group and we will substitute or swap the activity.
- We bring drop cloths and table coverings, and we clean up after ourselves.
Logistics
- Setup: we arrive roughly 45 minutes before start, and breakdown takes about 30 minutes.
- Space: one standard cafeteria or classroom table per station, plus room for students to stand around it.
- Power: most activities need none. Heat-press work needs one standard outlet.
- Group size: tell us your headcount and we will staff to it and rotate students through in sessions.
