When you fill in the quote form

You give us your name, email address and, if you choose to, your phone number, your event date, how many people or items you need, where the event is, and whatever you tell us about the project.

That goes straight to our inbox at info@cbyme.com. We use it to reply to you and to put a quote together. That's it.

When you just browse

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people actually read. It tells us things like which pages are popular, roughly what part of the country someone is in, and whether they came from a search engine or a link. It does not tell us who you are.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. If you'd rather it didn't, you can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site works fine either way.

When we email you

If you've asked us for a quote or booked with us, we may add you to our email list and send you occasional news — new activities, seasonal programs, that sort of thing. We send these ourselves; we don't hand your address to anyone else to email you.

Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it. You can also just reply and say stop, or email info@cbyme.com, and we'll take you off the list. Unsubscribing has no effect on getting a quote or working with us — it only stops the news.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
• We don't rent or trade it, and we don't hand it to advertisers.
• We don't collect payments on this website.

Who else sees it

A short list of companies, because they run the machinery:

• DreamHost hosts the website and carries our email.
• Google Analytics processes the browsing statistics described above.
• Our email service stores your name and email address so we can send the newsletter described above.

That's the lot. They handle your information so they can do that work and nothing else. If we ever add another one, we'll update this page.

Children

We work with children constantly, but this website is written for the grown-ups doing the planning. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think your child has sent us something through the form, email us and we'll delete it.

Your information, your call

Email info@cbyme.com or call 954-926-3636 and we'll tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. No forms to fill in and no hoops.

Changes

If this page changes we'll update the date at the top. We're not going to quietly rewrite it and hope nobody notices.
